2020–Present · KASE Marketing
I co-founded KASE and built the operating foundation: incorporation, contracts, payroll, pricing, budgeting, vendor management, workflows, team operations, client delivery, and growth strategy.
That work expanded into a recurring-revenue CRM offering, customized client pipelines, automation, and agentic AI-supported delivery.
Selected client engagement · BCPS
I won and led the Broward County Public Schools engagement, introduced the recruiting team's first CRM, trained the team, and built lead capture and attribution workflows. I also led promotion and execution for the major annual career fair.

I live in South Florida with my husband and our three daughters. I love the ocean and reading all kinds of books, with a soft spot for poetry.
I also serve as the children’s coordinator at my local church. Family, faith, and community are an important part of my life.
